How Do You Clean A Pleatco Pool Filter?
Cleaning filters can be a hassle, but that doesn’t make it any less necessary. Pleatco guidelines recommend using their signature filter-washing tablet, but there are a myriad of options available to suit you individually.
We here at Alford & Lynch recommend giving your hot tub filters a rinse once or twice a week, to ensure that debri buildup doesn’t stunt your filter’s effectiveness. Take the filter out of your hot tub, spa or pool, rinse it with water, and place it back into your water feature.
In addition to your regular rinses, we also recommend doing a deep cleanse of your hot tub filters every fortnight or every month. Prepare a filter cleaning solution, remove your filter, and submerge it fully in the liquid. After the appropriate amount of time, remove the filter and rinse it and there you have it!
How Often Should Pleatco Hot Tub Filters Be Replaced?
